The most useful message we get. If a conversion is wrong, or a rule on a page does not match what a style guide or a bank actually requires, say so — ideally with the number you typed and what you expected.

Something that does not work, looks broken, or behaves differently on your browser. Knowing which browser and which page helps a great deal.
▸ A tool you would like
If something obvious is missing, it may simply not have occurred to us.
▸ Anything else
Press, permissions, or a question the pages did not answer.
We cannot advise on whether a particular document is valid, review a contract, or say what a specific bank or authority will accept. The pages here describe the general conventions; anything that turns on your circumstances needs someone who knows them.
There is no contact form on this page, deliberately. A form would mean handling and storing what you send; an email address means the message goes straight to a person and nothing is written to a database on the way. What we do and do not collect is set out in the privacy policy.
